Missing Items in Your OrderUpdated 2 months ago

If you find that an item is missing from your package, it may have been shipped separately. To determine the status of your items:

  1. Check Your Order Confirmation:

    • Review the confirmation email to see if each item has a different tracking number.
  2. If All Items Share the Same Tracking Number:

    • Please submit a ticket and attach a copy of the packing slip or any paperwork included in the parcel.
    • If the documentation indicates an item is missing, we will promptly ship the missing item(s) to you.
  3. If Items Were Shipped Separately:

    • Use the provided tracking numbers to monitor the delivery status of each package.
    • If you haven't received a package associated with a specific tracking number, please submit a ticket for further assistance.
